VM texted me saying that my email has been locked as maybe compromised, I still use the old blueyonder ones of which I had 2 or 3. I am not sure of the security details as they have either been hacked or never set up but (date and place of birth) not much scope for error 😀. It tells me to use master account and reset from there. The password for the is OK and works fine but has no email. Please help as I need this for some legacy emails. This is just another nail in the coffin of my Virgin experience which after nearly 30 years from telewest has become an joke.
