Can't reset Passord

Help,

VM texted me saying that my email has been locked as maybe compromised, I still use the old blueyonder ones of which I had 2 or 3. I am not sure of the security details as they have either been hacked or never set up but (date and place of birth) not much scope for error 😀. It tells me to use master account and reset from there. The password for the is OK and works fine but has no email. Please help as I need this for some legacy emails. This is just another nail in the coffin of my Virgin experience which after nearly 30 years from telewest has become an  joke.

I'm sorry one of your emails has been locked out due to potentially being compromised.

 

I would be happy to take a look at the accounts to see what I can do, but I'll need some details from you.
