I have been receiving emails from virgin mobile since last December regarding an account that I never opened. I get a bill notification every month and have tried multiple times to resolve this issue or close the account. Sometimes when I call the customer service rep can find the info, but most of the time they either transfer me around while I’m talking to them or lie to me about sending me a new email with a link to send complaint to. I have gotten email assistance once this entire time and whoever was emailing me said it was fixed, which it hasn’t been.
I am in the US and cannot find any reliable contact info for this garbage company. There are no options for actual help no matter how you try to contact virgin.
