Can't change password

Hi 

Trying to change my password on My Media account and anything i put in - it says that it doesn't meet the criteria as it includes my username. 

Are you able to help with that?

Sorry to see you're having some issues with changing the password for your My VM account. Can you please try clearing the cookies and cache on the browser then try this again? If this does not work can you please try this on another device or browser to see if this helps?
