Can not sign into my virgin media account

Keep being told to sign in to my account to check on the service status in my area. I have not had proper internet service since 26th Oct!

How can i check service status if I can not sign in to my account? Keeps saying email or password is not recognised. Got through to someone a few days ago and they supposedly changed password for me. Still can not gain access into my account with either password.

 

I NEED internet for work purposes!
