Cable to my home

I’m in the process of getting my drive tarmac’s but the cable into my home is very near the top and it looks unsafe. I think it should be birdied deeper. Can you direct me as to who I should speak to?

Could you please let us know if this cable in query is coming from the street cabinet to your omni box (wall mounted box connecting the line to the property)?
Also, are you currently a customer and is this issue affecting your services at the minute?
Does this need relocation or is a cover missing?

We'd love to assist with this, please tell us the above and we can advise further based on this info.

I am a virgin media customer. The cable that runs into my home under my front driveway is showing above ground. I am in the process of getting my drive tarmac’d and need this cable to be buried deeper so that it doesn’t get damaged. Can someone advise me who to contact at virgin media to get this resolved? I have tried via the phone but after having to wait for around 40 minutes I eventually got to speak to someone who then decided to cut the call short and hung up.
