It says someone else is signed into my account on the app and I need my internet to communicate. I’m very worried about security and surveillance

Some users do seem to experience similar issues with the VM Connect app.
You can't be logged in to the Hub 3 GUI and the app at the same time. Logging out of the Hub and waiting to ten minutes or so should clear the access for the Connect app.
For someone else to be able to be logged in would require them to know your hub login details, which is unlikely unless you have shared them.
Have you changed the settings code from the default printed on the bottom of the Hub as prompted when you first set up the hub? If not it would be a good idea to do so.
