I have just had a call from “ Jennifer” claiming to be from the company, she was telling me about router problems and IP addresses being hacked. Seemed a bit off to me and I shut the call down within getting involved. Anyone had one of these.?
Thanks Steven, useful advice which I will bear in mind. Fortunately, while I was taken by surprise I didn’t log into my PC or give out any details. When I said I would contact Virgin directly the caller lost interest and hung up, but I can see now how easily you can get trapped! Thanks again!
