Blueyonder Email address

Hi

I have not been a Virgin customer for over 2 years but my Blueyonder email address is still valid and is being used by A N Other 

Although I can no longer sign into the Virgin website because my account is closed I can still see emails on my smart phone which indicates ongoing use

The problem is that I cannot change the password or have the email address removed

How can I either change the password or have the email address permanently deleted?

Sorry to hear of this rolydog, unfortunately we cannot restore your connection to the mailbox as this should have been removed 90 days after your disconnection date and without an active Virgin Media account, we can only delete the account for you. 

 

I can arrange for this to be done via a private message, so that we can take the email details and then we can get the ball rolling on this.
