Blocked In

My address is [removed] Sunderland SR28BJ

Two days ago traffic lights and cones were placed outside my house without any notice. Today heavy machinery started digging up my driveway again without any notice. 

Checking the progress this evening I find concrete blocked off by barriers not allowing access or eagress  to my drive. I have to work tomorrow morning and if barriers aren’t removed I will to allow me to leave in my work vehicle.
