Virgin Media used to send my billing data to my email address - the one registered to the account. In the past few months they have sent this data to two different email addresses - one of them an old addresss of mine, the other belonging to someone else completely. I only found out about this when the other person contacted me asking why my data was being sent to them.
I raised this with Virgin whose response was to blame a "minor administrative error". It seems when they aren't busy sending out letters about how much your bill will be going up, they spend their time randomly changing email addresses for no reason at all.
Anyone else had this problem?

John, this is not an "allegation". It is a fact that Virgin Media sent my details to incorrect email addresses. I have concrete proof of this and it has been agreed by Virgin Media.
