I tried to log in to my email account yesterday, and then my customer account, and was told that my password was incorrect. I know that the information I entered was correct.
I then tried to reset my password using the features on your website but the site told me that the answer to my security question was wrong, which it was not, and also that the account details I entered were incorrect, but which I had cut and pasted from my last e-mailed bill.
I believe my accounts might have been hacked.
My e-mail was fine on the 27th April as I received e-mails then. I have been unable to send or receive anything since.
