Account locked for the 9th time since last year

Why are you constantly locking my account There is nothing suspicious on my iPad I'm totally fed up with you arbitrarily doing this I've complained to virgin media, not happy with the reply so have now complained about you to the ombudsman.

Hi Ayisha I finally got it resolved again after 35 minutes on the phone Luckily i got Lee who was clued up and able to help resolve this. I want to know why this is happening all the time, 9 times since last year causing me a lot of hassle to get it resolved. I think i have a right to know why the internet security team think it’s ok to lock my account when there’s never anything suspicious on my ipad. Anne

HiDavid it was Lee on the phone who helped me and he had no idea why this was happening so much
