Account hacked

Hi

After being unable to receive any new email this morning I tried to sign into my virgin media account. I was unable to as it looks like my password has been changed!! Tried to go through "forgotten password " route and tried account number and last bill etc but still no joy.

Any help would be massively appreciated

I'm sorry you've not been able to access your online account or emails, and it's not accepting your details. I can appreciate this is concerning for you, and I'd like to help.
