I appreciate all that is going on but what is happening at Virgin Media. My husbands and my VM account has been compromised and we need to reset security. However I cannot log onto any help, the chat is impossible, I leave a message, miss the response 2 hours later and then get nothing. It's a really serious breach, they have deleted all my email folders, I'm assuming after copying the info. I really need some help!
