Account compromised

Good afternoon, 

I am writing on behalf of my father who is a Virgin Media customer.

His ntlworld email address appears to have been compromised along with other applications such as facebook and Instagram.

He has tried to change the password through myvirginmedia.com but has been told that his Mothers Maiden name and DOB are not valid. We fear they have already been altered by a hacker! 

He then followed a link to enter the latest bill details. Input them meticulously, only to be told that these were not valid either. 

He has been trying to log in to this forum himself but obviously the email is compromised. 
Please help. Happy to send you my details to phone or email. 

PLEASE HELP! As he has also rang the helpline twice but after 30 minutes the line cuts out.

Update - He has had a phone call back 24 hours after I wrote this. 

Has his email access back now 

No further help needed 🙂
