Account closed

Hi I really need help with this one please!! I cannot connect any customer service.

My internet has been down for 3 days now and I just found out that my account has been closed at the end of March, which I never asked for it.  It needs to be investigated.

But meanwhile I need to connect with WiFi at home for doing work and study.

I had broadband only service, and everything (the line and the box)is still there.

Is there any way that they can put me back on the line?

Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you.
