I have today (18.14) received an email thanking us for the changes to my fathers virgin account.
First off we didn't make these changes and secondly the cost has gone up from £76/mth to £105/mth with an extra £27 charge for 1 month. So his next bill is £132
My father is 86 he didn't make these changes and in the current pandemic if this is a legitimate email then I'm gobsmacked.
I've tried to check his contract online and it too says the same but something doesn't feel right is [MOD EDIT: Link removed].... right because when you hover over the link it's not the same. Plus it asks you to login again.
