I am yet another victim of these horrible scammers. I too cannot change my details on my account and I have received the email demanding money. Could a moderator please help?

Thanks for the update on this - we're sorry to hear you're still having some trouble. We're limited on the support we can offer, as we would only be able to investigate the Virgin Media side of things, the other accounts, etc. would need to be discussed directly with that site.

To clarify, have you ran a Malware Check on all devices? Have any devices advised of identified malware? If so, have you been able to remove these?

To prevent further compromise to your email, we would need you to confirm that your devices are malware free, before we're able to provide any assistance on regaining email access.
