A device using your internet connection may be infected with malware

I've received two notifications of malicious traffic coming from my network, but without any further detail. I've seen other reports on Community that include a suspected botnet or spambot. My notification doesn't include that.

I do serve a low-trafficked personal website from inside my network but only ports 443 and 80 are forwarded on the router. I work from home and connect to things via a VPN and move files via P2P sometimes. Any of this could be suspected malicious traffic depending on your definition.

How do I find out what traffic triggered the report? I'd like to be able to diagnose and fix the problem if it's genuine — before my connection's suspended.
