We recently moved into a property that I knew had previously had Virgin Services, so we opted for the quick start installation. Not a problem with installation and setup.
Unfortunately the White wall box is in the back of the house and we want it in the front.
What do I have to do if I want to relocate or add a second internal boxes?

As you have just received the Quick Start, you should call right away and ask for a manned install, as the existing equipment is in the wrong place.
If you wait too long, the standard cost for a non fault call out is £25.
