I've just received my box and cables to set up my broadband. I am a new customer. When I opened the box the cable that goes in the back of the box and then connects to the wall socket, there isn't anywhere for me to connect the cable to the wall socket. I just have an old wall socket that has an old wire running through it. How can I contact someone to come and fit the correct wall socket please.
