I had my fibre broadband installation postponed 2-3 times and the engineer not showing up in one occasion. So I want to cancel my order completely. I was in a que for 45min to what I believed was the correct department, I was told I will be transferred and after additional 45min the line hung up. I am now waiting in the que again for 50min.
This is just ridiculous. Can someone from the forum help? Is it possible to get a call back?
To add to the frustration I received an email that I cancelled an appointment in less than 24h and will be charged which is not accurate as i have actually never cancelled any of the appointments.
