two and half month Virgin still waiting for installation

  • Worst experience and service in my life with Virgin...This company managed so badly, 2 and half month waiting for installation, so many complains on web form and fhone calls.Today again after 2 weeks waiting another engineer coming and asking me why i call him and where is the problem, after 2 minutes he said he can't do it (install socket)and gone.After another 10th call to the Virgin media they dont know at all what is goin on, so i dont know after many promises what to do.I can see other options then open claim and complaint to ombudsman!

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your delayed installation looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.

Can I firstly ask what the engineers have given as a reason for why they cannot install your services please? 

Have they mentioned anything about pulling the cable from the cabinet to your home?

Or maybe some construction is needed on your property?

I have some further information here about how we install 👉 Installations - Which may be helpful to you at this moment in time.
