i move into new apartment and choose virgin media broadband package

today i collected the new kit ,when i was setup the kit 

find the wall socket did not fit the isolator cable ,can not plug it in.

Hi that is a ariel socket so no good for broadband connection, if virgin agreed to self install then the property should have a virgin box on a wall somewhere, look outside for a brown or white box and trace the wires inside, if you don't have a box you will need a manned install. Regards Micky
