Me and my friends have been living in our new property since the 21st of March and have still not had our broadband fixed. we have had an engineer and a technician sent out to the property and both said that our external cables need changed. Its coming up to two months and we are still have no idea whats going on with it. We were told that its a two man job and that the department that handles it is closed, what are we meant to do as we need the broadband for. work as we are all working from home!
