Received my quick start pack Yesterday and the new connections are not long enough to go from the box on the wall over to the other side if the room where my TV is.
Can I buy a longer cable that fits both connections?
No, but you can request an engineer to come out and make the appropriate modifications for you.
I have one booked, just thought I could save myself some money and sort it myself.
The engineer should be free to fix a non-working QuickStart installation, if they are charging for this I'd cancel the engineer and ring back, or argue the charge.
Don't say you want a longer cable, they'll charge for that, say it's non-working, which is correct as it's not where you want it.
Now if you decide to change your setup again in a few months I would agree the charge would be applicable then.
