signed up on the phone to uswitch code didn't work?
so i signed up with Virgin media for broadband and a phone with a deal through uswitch. this waived the activation fee and had a lower rate on the bill. Virgin called me a couple of days later and "signed me up" again. and i was confused why i went through it twice. i told them about the uswitch deal and they put it on my account. i got my first bill and the activation fee is there... then went to look at the deal again and it says you have to sign up online for it to count.. so because they called me and signed me up again on the phone is that void... seems pretty sneaky. no one the phone can help and have just directed me to an email on the site that doesn't exist! yikes. any thoughts?
