set up pre-installed broadband hub

I move to a building with pre-installed virgin media hub last week. I sent out Connect Me text to 80011 as instructed by the building management for activating the hub. But now its a week later, and no one has contacted me and I still dont have wifi 😞

Hi louisely,

Try rebooting the hub please. If that doesn't work then you could try phoning 0800 953 9500 to get the activation signal resent.

You will need the hub serial number, and your account and area number.

If that doesn't work it may be a problem with the internal systems and you may need to speak to  New accounts and Set Up for them to complete the setup and activation.

That would be options 1,1,1 and 4 if dialling 150 from a Virgin landline , or options 1,1,2 and 4  if dialling 0345 4541111 from any other phone
