I have ordered the M350 broadband on vrigin media and they say my order will arrive on wenesday(28/12/22) but on wednesday i have received the goneaway form and the virgin media sales team send me the email that the order is on hold and they are reviewing the order , later virgin media team dials me and ask me for my tenacy/accommodation letter aggrement to send to their virgin media email and i have send the to their email with the pdf attached , And a day later on thursday(29/12/22) my gmail send me the notification that the gmail that i attached with pdf failed to go through because 'The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect.' Then i have tried to dial virgin media team but the call won't go through so i am now clueless about how my order is processing and what i have to do.
#I have sent a private message on about how my order is processing to admin team on this virgin media community but i haven't got any reply whatsoever.
Any help would be very much appreciated,
