self install kit has wrong adapter

I got this self starter kit from virgin but they send me power adapter with wrong pin which doesn't plug into the Hub.
I need to setup WiFi for wfh and this is very frustrating.
Can anybody suggest what to do? Thanks.

Re: self install kit has wrong adapter

You will have to wait for a new PSU from VM.  Maybe you will get lucky and spy a VM van in your area, and get a swap?

Re: self install kit has wrong adapter

Hi @amardiep

Thanks for posting on our community forum!

Sorry to hear you've received the wrong cable, are you able to confirm if you've managed to speak to our team and get the correct cable sent out? If not I can drop you a private message and we'll get this sorted.

Regards

Re: self install kit has wrong adapter

Hey Travis,

Thanks for reaching out. I talked to customer care and had a visit by tech guy, he replaced the adapter and set my wifi right.

Many Thanks.
