returning equipment but my serial numbers don't match the list I've been emailed

I have just received a list of equipment to return to Virgin but it is wrong. None of the equipment I am returning matches up with the serial numbers they have provided. Will I still get charged if I return equipment which doesn't match up with their numbers?

I have checked the list you gave against the items we need back
