reschedule

how do i reschedule my engineer visit because it says i can do it online and when i click the link it just takes me to the account page

Register or sign in to My Virgin Media at virginmedia.com/myvirginmedia.
Your existing appointment details will be displayed at the top of the page. Click on Your Appointments
Click Reschedule
Click on any of the available dates and timeslots to reschedule your appointment
When you’ve picked the date and time you want, click Next
Check or update your contact details, and then click Next
If everything is correct, click Confirm. Your new appointment details are displayed
Note: If you try to reschedule appointment on the same day, or you’ve rescheduled your appointment a number of times, you’ll see a message instead asking you to call in to reschedule.

this doesn't work, if not could call virginmedia via 150 / 0345 454 1111

Do you still require some assistance rescheduling your engineer appointment? 

 

If you have a Virgin Media landline you can call free of charge on 150, although if this isn't possible or you'd prefer we have our alternative methods of contact listed here.
