HELP!
I’m really frustrated. I’ve scheduled the delivery of the internet hub for 27/7/2021 but the item, according to Yodel, was returned to the sender. I've tried many times to contact Virgin Media, but I was asked to log in first. Then I was told my password is incorrect and I tried to reset the password, then I was asked to enter the user name, and I clicked I forgot my user name, and I was asked to enter my account number. I can’t believe after all this, I was told that the page is under construction. What should I do? Would you please show me that your service is not that awful?
