Hi,
I've just registered for virgin at a property I am moving to. Unfortunately, I think I registered the wrong address.. the confirmation email I received said the installation address is "101 random address lane" whereas my new address will be "101a Random address lane." Any idea how I can change this? I haven't yet been sent information to set up an account (nor an account number) yet so I'm not sure what to do.
