regarding received package

I was totally frustated with the service of Virgin media. Though I have asked for wifi connection from this, they have only sent me a box with few things even without a socket outlet. How can I use wifi when I cannot connect it to my house? Though I tried to contact Virgin media many times to get this problem solved, they are not even answering. Their customer service is extremely poor.

though we received the wifi router today, we dont have a socket outlet to get access for the internet

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. 

I am very sorry to hear you have not been able to complete your installation. 

When placing the order, the team would have checked to see if the address had previously been provided with our service. 

Sadly, we are not notified if the previous occupant has removed the sockets required in order to complete the installation and this would mean a technician visit would be required. 

On checking things from our side, I see you have been able to speak to the team to have this booked in.
