re pull scheduled but didn't happen

Hi i had a repull booked and scheduled for the 23/10/2023 that was booked by a  virgin engineer when he visited my property  a few weeks earlier as he recommended a repull as my power levels are way out of spec as the cable used in my installation was to thick for the distance i am to the box just across from my house. wrong thickness cable used between house and tap points.    but no one showed up to complete it and now the appointment has disappeared from my account and i have had no communication to tell me that it has been rescheduled.   I have tried calling customer services but after being put on hold for 40 mins the phone call gets cut off.   Any help or clarification from a mod or anyone in technical team will be appreciated thank you in advance .
