"no ranging response received - T3 time-out" - does this need to be fixed?

I'm 82, I live alone and my Internet is randomly stopping and causing issues with things like my smart heating. My daughter screen-shared with me today (and is helping me raise this issue here) and found some errors in the network log that she doesn't understand, but having looked at your forum thinks we should ask whether they need to be addressed.

Your downstream power levels are too high. You'll nerd an engineer to put them right. Call at 8am for the shortest queue time.

Some of the downstream power levels are out of tolerance - there may be other things but that's what I picked out from the screenshots.  I'll flag this for the forum staff to advise - they can remotely interrogate the hub to see if there's any problems.
