quick start not working

tried everything once set up the hub,

trouble shoot all the wall cable installed property but wait for hours the green light still flashing. can anyone help. customer phone waiting for an hour no one pick up

yes. i rung, but still falshing green, how long do i need to wait

the activation line said my activation has been completed. but it still green flashing light

Hi what number did you call, the correct number 0800 9539500 have your account number area code and serial number of the box or hub to hand, it should be activated almost immediately. Regards Micky

yes. thats the number i called, recevied two txt messages saying the activation has been completed  and run test in my account, no internet.

reset, reboot, tries so many times, no working

still seem green light flashing

phone call again to customer service took ages and the agent cut off in the middle
