quick start not working

Hi. I have connected my self installation kit yesterday, but since there is a green flashing light on the bottom of my hub.

Yes I did, and received two txt messages that everything is activated but nothing has changed still the same green flashing light on the hub.

So it's been 3 days now and the green light is still flashing. Called the customer service and after long wait no one is answering the call. Can anyone from the virgin team help me please?

I managed to book an engineer appointment today. took me a few days too got my box on saturday. Went outside and the builders had cut the cabling on the outside.

Have you created a virginmedia account, there you can check your service status(purple box), and you can try

Run test - then keep pressing no for a while, some of the steps repeat.

then eventually you should be able to book a engineer
