Hi ,

I ordered my new virgin package a couple of weeks ago with a booking agent and at that time I requested a site visit from the install team but am still waiting to hear anything. Installation is booked for 28th when will I be contacted.

Sorry to hear no one has got back to you as of yet - is there some concern around the install for this to be needed, Paul? If you could expand, it would really help me give the best advise for this 🙂
