outside cable box broken

Have called numerous times to Virgin media but no one is coming to fix the broken media box It is in the entrance to our side gate and catches the gate. I am an old age pensioner and i tripped on the wire from the broken box

Please please someone out there respond who can contact.

Hi Ashleigh,

I had a phone call this evening although virgin does not have my number it must have been picked up from my numerous phone calls it was from an 0800 sales number the man did NOT say his name but was rude saying how sure I am it is a virgin media box, told me to hold and was on the sales number? then disconnected me.

I had said I had called BT open reach, they were impeccable with getting an engineer immediately since the wire are dangling low and exposed and the lid is broken, and having tripped.

I am an old lady with limited knowledge of sending you the box   photo on this forum can you please please help me.

Do you have a smart phone at all? If so you can attach a picture by clicking the little paper clip sign when writing a comment. The photo of the box can help us identify the issue and allow us to forward it to a member of the team that can assign a engineer to repair.
