I'm hoping someone on here can help me - I've noticed my outside cable box has become exposed and some cabling has been dug up which is also exposed to the elements.
I still have internet and tv absolutely fine but this doesn't look good and potentially could cause a loss of service.
You can go through the usual fault reporting system on 150 from a VM phone (0345 454 1111 from others) or you can wait here for a staff response.
