ordering a broadband package from Virgin and getting nothing through Yodel

Hello i just want to know what the hell is going on, i too moved to a new address in Harold wood, and we had to get a virgin media account and broadband, but with us we were put through the insulting process of WhatsApp and guess what we have no account and then we are told, what is your password, but we have no account, then they can't trace the order, which means its been deleted, so we order again hoping that it would turn up today, but nothing today being the 22nd September, what are you playing at, can some one tell me, so what so i have to do to get an order sorted out, thi si so frustrating, oh we had the email but no product this morning!
