no internet

Had no internet/tv since friday in fawdon area of newcastle upon tyne .Then i get told the street fibre box had be cut . Virgin came out today a fixed the cut cable but still no internet/tv

so we ring them up and then told the fault has been fixed so we getting some out on the 31st to try to fixed it again

What does it tell you on the “check service,” Area status webpage" (link at top right of this forum), and also try the “free” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually tells you of more local issues down to postcode level (that may not be listed on the Area Status web page which usually covers >1000’s of customers) - that may give you more info as it is a "known fault"

If you reported the failure when it happened you will be entitled to some compensation
