no delivery confirmation

Hi, 

I ordered a QuickStart pack two weeks ago (Order Ref CH2020101358) and have yet to receive a delivery confirmation email. As I WFH I’m eager to find out what’s going on with it / when I can expect the pack to arrive. Would this be possible?
