no contract email

Hi all,

 I booked an engineer setup for virgin media ultimate oomph on the 6th of January but have not yet got the contract email and the engineer is meant to install the service on Wednesday the 27th, ie 3 days from now. We already have had VM in the past so have the cables etc inside the home at the door.

I have not even received the SIM card in the post so I know there is something wrong or delayed.

I really need to have the BB set up as my current contract ends soon and we will be without any broadband..
