Hi i recently got the quickstart kit and ive set it all up however i have no internet connection and when i checked the settings it said my internet was blocked ive called virgin and they said it has been activated so i dont know why its still not working was on hold for 30mins and got cut off so posting here Thanks Ben
Or, try the text service - send details of your issue and include your account number and the Hub serial number to - 07533 051809 - responses are usually slower though
Finally, a VM person should respond on here when they pick it up - but that can take a day or two

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
