new set up: access denied?

Just moved into a new flat, picked up the quickstart kit, installed the router. Unfortunately, unable to access the internet. Logging into the settings shows internet as "access denied". Tried rebooting, restarting etc, but to no avail.

Advice?

Have you phoned in to activate the Hub ?
