Hi there – I'm a new customer. Some contractors came to install my cable on Friday but the cable is exposed. Could some one contact me about having it fixed?

I can see from a system check you've just had a pre-pull done for an upcoming install so I have reached out to the Field Managers for your area with the pictures enclosed to see if this is meant to be left like this for the upcoming install, or we need to sort it. The cable, as such, is not exposed, it’s inside the green cable protector trunking.
My service has now started but the cable is till exposed in the street. Could someone assist with getting it sorted?
