new hub, same dropouts


We've been getting short dropouts quite often over the past 2-3 months. They typically last 5-20 minutes – not disastrous for browsing, but fatal for Zoom. The WiFi signals sometimes disappear, but other times remain unchanged during the outages.

During this period, we replaced the old Hub 3 with a Hub 4, which has made no difference to the issue (nor to any other aspect of hub performance as far as I can tell!). 

So I figure it must be a network issue, probably local to the neighbourhood since it doesn't seem to show up on network status indicators.

I'd be grateful for any guidance on how to investigate this and get it sorted out. Many thanks.
